Received a faulty or damaged item? We’ve got you covered.

- If your item is faulty or damaged, please email our Customer Experience team. (customerservice@ssaint.com.au.)

- Include photos or a short video showing the issue.

- Faulty items are eligible for replacement or refund at our discretion.
